ONLINE HOME RELOCATION APPLICATION
Thank you for taking this important first step in the brief approval process required to move into your Sun Community!! This application should be used by those with an existing manufactured home who are looking to relocate their home into one of our communities.
Completing our online "Relocation App." is easy. Best of all, when you apply during normal business hours Monday through Friday, you should expect to receive an approval decision by end of business on the same day you submit your rental application! If your application is approved, a $20 application fee will be charged at the time of closing.
