ONLINE HOME RELOCATION APPLICATION

Thank you for taking this important first step in the brief approval process required to move your home into one of our communities.

Completing our online  "Relocation App"  is easy. Best of all, when you apply during normal business hours Monday through Friday, you should expect to receive an approval decision by end of business on the same day you submit your rental application!

Before we get started, please have the following information ready to complete your application:

  • Birthdates and social security #'s for all adults who will be living in the home

  • Year, make and size of the home

  • Phone numbers for two emergency contacts

  • An email address, current address, and employment information for the applicant and co-applicant (if there is one)
